MODULES: Job of a Functional Consultant The job of a Functional Consultant is to understand the business process and configure the software according to the client. They are basically the bridge between the Client and Technical people . This is a very prestigious and high paid job in the Software industry. Functional Job : A person with a qualification of M.B.A/CA/ICWA/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Com/B.A, With the Industry Experience and with the training in SAP is the ideal candidate to get an entry in market SD (Sales & Distribution) M.B.A.(Marketing) or min. of 1- 2 yrs of Experience in Sales and Distribution. PP (Production Planning) B.E.(Production) or min. of 1- 2 yrs of Experience in Production or Planning. FI/CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) C.A,C.A(Inter),ICWA,M.B.A (Finance) or Exp. in Accounting or Finance. HR (Human Resource) M.B.A.(HR) or min. of 1- 2 yrs of Experience in Human Resource or as Legal Admin. MM (Materials Mgmt) M.B.A.(Logistics) or min. of 1- 2 yrs of Experience in Inventory Mgmt, Supply Chain Mgmt. CRM (Customer Relation Mgmt) M.B.A.(Marketing) or min. of 1- 2 Experience in Customer Care. TECHNICAL MODULE Technical Consultants are two types, one is BASIS Consultant and other is ABAP consultant. Technical Consultants are main technical people. The BASIS consultants job is to take care of the Servers and help to install the ERP software. ABAP Consultants are the main Programmer. ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programme) It’s a Fourth Generation Programming Language which supports SQL. |
